Riverdale's Leadership courses begin in grade 9, and for many culminate in participating in Riverdale's Student Union Grad Executive (SUGE). The Leadership program is meant to foster decision-making, communication and organizational skills that allow the student participating to organize student life, plan events and take part in the community.
